Dog shelters have limited budgets that need to go towards dog food, dog vet care and other life saving expenses. Most of the time there isn’t a budget for dog toys. That’s why when I saw the Maui Humane Toy Trolley handing out toys to the dogs and learned that they were getting low on toys I knew I wanted to help.
